Cisco Continuing Education Program
Das Weiterbildungsprogramm von Cisco basiert auf drei Grundprinzipien: Flexibilität, Vielfalt und Integrität. Flexibilität wird erreicht, indem bestehenden Cisco-zertifizierten Personen zusätzlich zu der bereits bestehenden Option der Rezertifizierung durch Bestehen der entsprechenden Prüfung (en) eine alternative Option zur Rezertifizierung angeboten wird. Vielfalt wird erreicht, indem Einzelpersonen eine breite Palette vorab genehmigter Gegenstände wie Online-Kurse, von Lehrern geleitete Schulungen, Verfassen von Inhalten und Cisco-Schulungen (zusammen als “ Continuing Education-Artikel ” bezeichnet) ermöglicht werden, die verfolgt werden kann, um Kredite für die Rezertifizierung zu verdienen. Die Integrität wird dadurch erreicht, dass von Cisco autorisierte Inhaltsanbieter, die den Inhalt an die Person liefern, die eine Rezertifizierung beantragt, die von dieser Person eingereichten Gutschriften validieren.
Sobald die Kandidaten die festgelegte Anzahl von Credits verdient und ihre Verwaltungsgebühr für die Weiterbildung bezahlt haben, werden sie gemäß den Rezertifizierungsrichtlinien erneut zertifiziert.
