The three-day CUCDM Admin Training program enables technical users to increase knowledge of the VOSS technology, learn new best practices, and improve administration skills. It features an introduction to VOSS technology and is focused on the system administration. During this course, students will receive an introduction to VOSS technology, including customer management, location management, end-user self-care, and general management.
